New Feature and Balancing
- Changed War of Emperium time to 10:30 PM to 11:30 PM. This is done in respect to the Muslim players to have more time to do some prayers in the holy month of Ramadhan.
- Set 20% flee reduction in PvP maps (follows the same settings as GvG maps).
- Reverted Shadow Chaser's Manhole cooldown and duration (based on request and support from WoE Balancing Suggestion Thread).
- Added Yellow Hair Costumes into missions (see this thread).
Bug Fixes
- Fixed WoE Announcer.
- Re-added mising While Hair Costumes (reported by Narumi).
- Implemented a "potential" fix to Infinite Space instance (randomly) blocking players from entering (reported by Unknownun).
- Implemented the same "potential" fix as above to Endless Cellar and Temple of Demon God. Other instance doesn't seems to have the same "script" issue.
- [HF] 2019.04.29 - Fixed Attendance start/end date in the client.
